His expertise and commitment quickly led to his admission as a solicitor in 2011. Following this milestone, James ascended to the role of Head of Litigation in one of the highest volume Debt Recovery Law Firms in Sydney.

In his role at CCSG Legal, James specialises in a broad range of legal disciplines, including Commercial and Business Litigation, Liquidation, Bankruptcy, Finance, and Contract Law, with a keen interest in Local Government matters. His pursuit of legal excellence has recently steered him towards Strata Law, further diversifying his expertise and reflecting his dedication to professional growth.

Beyond his legal practice, James has a passion for education and professional development, co-hosting Debt Recovery Workshops. These workshops, conducted for fellow solicitors through the College of Law and university, underscore his commitment to sharing knowledge and enhancing the skills of the legal community in debt collection legal assistance.
