Daniel Taylor | Managing Director
Daniel commenced his career at a well-respected Commercial Debt Recovery Law firm with offices in both Sydney and Adelaide.
From an early stage Daniel acted for many national and international clients in the provision of debt recovery and legal services. Daniel was also the first port of call for many of the top 5 law firms on the provision of debt recovery services to their greater client base and to their executive partners.
Alongside his former managing partner, Daniel was subsequently asked to establish an incorporated legal practice for one of Australia's largest consumer collections and debt purchase companies.
Daniel saw the need for a dedicated services group for the greater debt recovery and legal market. In 2005 Daniel established Credit Collection Services Group, CCSG Legal Pty Ltd and Taylor Investigations to meet the markets need.
In his role as Managing Director of the CCSG group, Daniel brings a vast experience in both commercial and consumer recoveries, as well as commercial and insolvency litigation.
Daniel is often called upon by many blue-chip clients to provide directional advice in the provision of legal and debt recovery services. In addition, Daniel is a regular presenter to both the credit and insolvency sectors on an extensive range of topics.
Daniel is currently the National Vice President of the Institute of Mercantile Agents and the Chair of the Collections Subcommittee as well as the Australian/New Zealand Chair for the Council of Delegates for ACA International.
Toni acts for large domestic and multinational organisations, insolvency practitioners and litigation funders throughout most jurisdictions in Australia.
Toni’s current practice is primarily made up of commercial litigation, and personal and corporate insolvency.
He regularly advises and appears on behalf of secured and unsecured creditors, insolvency practitioners in relation to various issues including contractual disputes, guarantees and indemnities, undervalued transactions, unfair preferences, insolvent trading, uncommercial transactions, unreasonable director related transactions and public examinations.
He has conducted and has been involved in various lengthy and extensive commercial litigation and contentious interlocutory disputes.
Prior to joining CCSG Legal Pty Ltd, Toni primarily practiced in various areas of insurance litigation including public liability, CTP personal injury, third party property damage, home warranty and workers compensation, representing some of Australia’s well-known local as well as international insurers.
Toni is known for his negotiation and advocacy skills. His eye for detail, planning and commerciality are some of his strengths. Toni’s strong verbal and written communication skills have allowed him to build strong client relationships.

Peta was admitted as a Solicitor in 2005 after graduating from a combined Law and Social Science degree. Prior to joining CCSG Legal Pty Ltd in October 2011, Peta spent four years working in the United Kingdom where she gained experience in Property and Debt Recovery Litigation and Conveyancing.
During her final two years overseas, Peta managed a team of Paralegals in the Litigation department of a London Property Litigation Law firm, an area in which she excelled. Peta's work focused on clients in the property sector including property managers, freehold property owners and small to medium property investors.
On her return to Australia, Peta enhanced her skills and knowledge by acquiring a position in a firm with a focus on insurance and commercial litigation. The development of such skills have seen Peta become an integral part of the litigation team at CCSG Legal Pty Ltd.
Since joining CCSG Legal Pty Ltd, Peta has applied her skills in acting on various and high volume litigation files, representing the interests of both insurance clients and general commercial clients throughout all jurisdictions in Australia.
The passion that she brings to her matters is second to none.

Hayley advises in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters and enjoys all aspects of advocacy. Hayley has appeared on behalf of creditors, trustees and liquidators in a broad range of matters including termination proceedings, contested annulment applications, unfair preference claims, public examinations, possession proceedings and insolvent trading claims. She has practiced in most jurisdictions throughout Australia, and regularly appears in the Local, District and Supreme Courts of New South Wales as well as the Federal Court of Australia in contested litigation and interlocutory disputes.
Hayley is highly committed to her practice and the strong relationships she has built with all her clients. Hayley applies a practical and commercial approach to her practice which allows her to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients whilst understanding the importance of meeting their business and commercial objectives.
Hayley has completed a combined Law and Arts degree at the University of Wollongong. She is currently completing her Master of Laws specialising in commercial litigation.
Hayley Warren | Senior Associate
Rhys possesses a demonstrated ability to manage diverse and complex files across the practice areas of both insurance and commercial litigation and has regularly appeared in the Supreme, District and Local Courts of New South Wales, as well as the equivalents thereof in all states and territories of Australia.
Rhys predominantly acts for state-based and national insurance companies and has dealt with litigation ranging from property damage, fraud claims, public indemnity claims, contractual indemnities and construction disputes. He also regularly provides client advice possessing extensive knowledge of the Insurance Contracts Act 1984. Additionally, Rhys has an extensive background in litigation arising out of commercial relationships, namely contractual disputes and general property law.
Rhys has a considered approach to litigation, with a heightened ability to achieve client focused results, whilst maintaining a commercial and client/goal focused approach. His ability to narrow the relevant issues in dispute, coupled with his heightened capacity to understand complex tasks, has greatly assisted in his servicing of national insurance and commercial clients.
Rhys Boudib | Senior Associate
Natalie’s practice is primarily made up of litigation work mainly in the areas of commercial litigation, aged care and personal and corporate insolvency. She regularly acts on behalf of aged care organisations, small to large organisations and insolvency practitioners, representing clients throughout most jurisdictions in Australia.
Her commercial and insightful approach to litigation provides her client’s with efficient and timely resolution of matters.
Prior to joining CCSG Lega Pty Ltd, Natalie worked across a range of jurisdictions and areas of law including insurance litigation, insolvency, competition and consumer law and commercial debt recovery, serving a number of large organisations and government departments.
Natalie has a keen interest in the area of commercial law having completed her thesis in the area of Commercial Law in her final year of her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Technology, Sydney.

Scarlett has been employed as a Paralegal at CCSG Legal Pty Ltd since February 2018, after completing a four week internship during January to February 2018.
Scarlett is driven and eager to familiarise herself with the law, working in Insurance Litigation throughout the different jurisdictions in Australia.
Scarlett’s main strength is communication and is willing to go the extra mile for her clients, providing detailed and frequent updates that help her client’s through every step of the legal process.

Prior to being admitted, Hayden was employed as a Paralegal at CCSG Legal Pty Ltd, a role that he commenced in August 2017. Since commencing employment at CCSG Legal Pty Ltd, Hayden has developed a range of skills in Insurance Litigation and enforcement processes within different jurisdictions with a particular focus in New South Wales and Western Australia.
